Rodrigo ‘Miracle Rod’ Lopez – The First Person in the World to Practice Tai Chi Every Day for a Full Year
Rodrigo Lopez moved between jungles, mountains, airports, and paradise islands. But one thing never changed: his Tai Chi practice.
365 days in a row. No breaks. No excuses.
Now he becomes the first person in the world to receive the Miracle Rod Trophy – and is officially inducted into the Hall of .Love Miracles.

What happened?
Rodrigo made a decision: he would practice Miracle Tai Chi every day. And he kept that promise. For an entire year.
“It became like eating. Not something I had to do – something I wanted to do.”
He practiced on mountain peaks, in rainforests, before sunrise, and after long-haul flights. From the Caribbean to Thailand – he showed up.
“It became fuel. I felt stronger, clearer, more alive.”

What did Tai Chi do for him?
- Stronger body – he led entire hikes in Colombia with people half his age.
- Better energy – every morning started with a powerful, grounding routine.
- Inner peace – even on stressful travel days, he found calm and focus.
“Sometimes I practiced in the dark, before anyone else woke up. It was worth it.”

How did he make it work?
Rodrigo’s advice:
Start small.
Be kind to yourself.
Show up every day – no matter what.
“It’s not about perfection. It’s about consistency.”
And on tough days? He focused on the feeling after:
“You feel proud of yourself. And that’s everything.”

The Miracle Rod Trophy
Rodrigo is the first-ever recipient of the Miracle Rod Trophy – an award named in his honor. From now on, anyone who completes 365 consecutive days of Miracle Tai Chi will receive the same trophy.
He made history.
He proved it’s possible.
He reminds us all: you don’t have to be perfect – you just have to begin.
