No prior experience is necessary! Miracle Tai Chi is designed to be accessible to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Each class is structured to guide you at your own pace, building confidence and skill over time.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Tai Chi is practiced barefoot or with flat-soled shoes to help with grounding and stability. For online sessions, choose a quiet, spacious area where you can move comfortably.
For best results, we recommend practicing the 16-minute Tai Chi routine at least 5 times a week. This consistency will help you experience the full transformative effects of Tai Chi.
